TERRIBLE noise level from our two brm family appartment, we had no sleep all night due to the noise level from the motorway right outside our room. Still paid a lot of money for this room and it was not acceptable. In your booklet in the room it says for residents to keep noise levels down and respect the neighbours and yet we couldn’t even sleep due to the high noise level in our room from the noisy neighbours (the traffic!)!!!!! The couch arm was broken and wobbly, the shower had no water coming out of the centre of the rose only water on the outside, the bottom of the shower was squeeky and the water drain was loose. The beds were very hard and the lounge pull out bed mattress we could feel the wires through the mattress. Overall was a terrible experience - i won’t even rate this.

The Quest on the Terrace is well located. The room we had was outdated, tiles cracked, old shower, the smoke alarm kept beeping so the lady at reception was good enough to switch us to another room for the night. Although there is a daily room service, this was not good enough for us as they did not change our bed sheets for 7 nights inspite of us requesting them to do it after 3 nights. They did not vacuum the room every day.

Location is fantastic, Wifi is great. Staff is Fantastic.... especially Caroline at the front desk! Clean and enjoyable stay. The only downfall at all is that some nights the noise from the streets seems to travel. One night especially seemed loud. It was not a real problem for us tho I think it could be for others, That being said we would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location! A short walk to lambton Quay and handy to the motor way going north.
I arrived late on my own, they key was in a lock box and parking was behind the building.
The room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony looking out.
I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights. On the 'positive' side, the apartment was an average size, clean, had cooking facilities and provided a washer/dryer as well as wifi. The staff were warm and friendly as well. On the 'negative' side - the bathroom was compact, the steps inside the apartment were an inconvenience and so was the carparking. We arrived late and because no front staff were available it was a bit've a mission to get into the Motel.
