Great place to stay, easy access to thing, staffs are friendly and great location to stay. If you needed any help definitely ask/talk to the staffs! The only thing I can say for improvement is that please provide tooth paste

My friends and I had four apartments for a Saturday night. The rooms were well equipped and located within easy walking distance to the CBD. Unfortunately, being a Saturday night, the street noise kept us awake for a good part of the night.

Quest on William is a good place to stay for accessing the city centre; we have stayed here many times in the week with work. I'm not sure I would look to stay in the executive apartment again with my family and prefer to split us across smaller rooms as they seem to have been updated more recently and are of better quality than this suite.

Stayed one night at Quest on William Melbourne. Great location, good service and a good price. Would highly recommend it . The front desk staff were very helpful.Great hotel to stay at for a holiday in Melbourne.

Overall it was great value for money, we were very pleasantly surprised and I'd stay there again and suggest it to others. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but were disappointed we didn't have internet access during the whole four days.
