The hotel couldnt handle the big reservation properly. We had reserved double bedrooms and when we got there they didnt have them. They only had singles for everyone. The checkin was at 3. We got there at 6 pm and some of the rooms were not ready. My particular room had the bathroom blocked and they came with the plunge while having us waiting with our kids for half an hour right outside of the bedroomwhile they were doing what they should have done a while ago.and the sprayed to remove odor at the same time. Not very impressed!. The bed mattress are so hard. Breakfast was not included while I saw it was for other people.go figure, we will never stay there again and would not recommend to big groups.the wifi doesnt have good reception in the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at Quinta Rivera with my husband. The room was comfortable, the bed was larger than expected, and the pool/game area provided distraction when there was nothing else planned. The staff was very kind and the restaurant had good food. My only complaint would be that the room was very cold even when it wasn't all that chilly outside; however, they provided us with a space heater at that time.
