Warning: Do not use booking.com or make a reservation for Lagrange Confort+ Les Pics d'Aran in France. After having to cancel a reservation, they kept 75% of the entire reservation amount. Very disappointed.

Booked this during July 2013 to watch the tour de France. Its about a 20 minute walk to the town center which is a very pretty place
The place is totally neglected and nothing works. The nettles are 5 foot high in places making the children's and communal play area out of bounds Surprisingly the pool and sauna were out of order according to the flood the weeks before but looking at the place they have obviously not been working for sometime
When questioned the reception girl although she listened,wasn't very helpful and when we asked about the breakfast service ( chargeable option ) the maintenance man burst out laughing
Bagneres-de-Luchon is a lovely place and there are some nice hotels in the town so stay clear of this place
