The Radisson Blu is really trying hard to be upscale. And the common areas/lobby/restaurant are all very nice. But the mattress in our room felt more like a boxspring, very uncomfortable and not at all what we expected from a high-end hotel. There was also what appeared to be a dirt stain on one of the sheets that we didn't notice until the morning we checked out. The bathroom is very attractive but the shower head had terrible water pressure. Breakfast buffet was good.
Ultimately if I'm going to spend this kind of money at a downtown Chicago hotel I expect better. We won't be back.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in recent memory, and I travel a lot for business. Every facet of the hotel was top drawer - excellent, beautiful, clean guest rooms, incredible lobby, excellent food services, and excellent onsite event services.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Some of the rooms have a balcony. You are just a block from Michigan Ave. and close to Millennium Park. If driving, it is difficult to find the parking garage, and it is expensive.

Carpet and furniture were stained and looked dirty, room was small, and asked about certain charges that was told wouldn't be charged then got home and was charged so now I have to call someone to get them removed. Breakfast was good and wait staff in the restaurant was very pleasant.

My stay was excellent. Staff was very attentive and friendly ensuring my stay was the best experience possible. Modern feel and rooms are very nice with great amenities. Bathrooms are well apportioned and laid out well.
