donSeoul_SouthKoreaon 18/06/2017 14:22The Radisson Blue Astrid is perfectly situated across from the beautiful Central Station with views of the Zoo and the ferris wheel. A short walk will get you to the shopping district and Market Square but it also helps that the hotel sits on top of a metro station which can take you anywhere. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Rooms are immaculate. Parking was also easy. I would definitely come back.
A good hotel
Betsy Bon 08/06/2017 12:18This hotel is in an ideal situation for the train station. Trams and buses run frequently from just in front of the hotel, so it is easy to get into town. The reception staff spoke very good English and they were happy to help with all of our enquiries. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will try Radissons more often in the future.
This hotel needs a refurbishment and the staff needs to be trained in customer service
Ron70Gon 01/06/2017 23:32We stayed here for one night. the hotel is very nice from the outside, and it is very close to the railway station. Inside it is however old and worn. The hotel needs to be renewed. The room was warm. I have the upper tier in the hotels loyalty program. This gave us an upgraded room. However we also have a guarantee to have late check out. This guarantee gives us minimum two hour longer stay. I have never experienced less than three hours. This hotel however gave us first nothing. After discussion we got one extra hour. This is in my opinion bad customer service. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.
Needs an update
Frank012on 31/05/2017 15:12The hotel is situated perfectly across Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff during check-in. I had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony, which was nice. Room is really old. Holes in the curtains and the Carpet is dirty and broken, see picture. The hotel bar downstairs don’t offer nuts or peanuts when your drink something. Overall a nice hotel on a perfect location traveling by train but the rooms need an update

Check in rather small specially When many guests Check in Out at the same time . Rooms are comfortable . Breakfast Ok But to crowdy and maybe fresh baked omelet or egs were missing.
