Stayed here for 1 night. Nice room and bathroom. Comfortable nights sleep. The reception staff were helpful and gave me useful information about where to get the train to and from.
The breakfast was good, excellent choice of hot and cold food.
I would stay more central next time as found this hotel hard to find and a long way from central London but the hotel itself was good.

Stayed here with some friends as we were visiting a friend who lives in Canary Wharf, so from that point of view it was a good location. However, actually getting to other parts of London not so ideal. The rooms were very nice and the service was good, but I still feel it was pretty expensive

The new east end is a giant immature steel and glass monster and this hotel is no exception. On Google maps it looks like you can from the hotel jog along the Thames river and easily walk to the O2 or the Excel but no - riverside walkway is closed off and the only way to get to the Excel is to walk to the East India rail station and get off after 3 stops. Lord knows how you get to the O2. One bright spot on the Isle of Dogs is the pub called the George - a 15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel was fine - all rooms up to business class are the same size - we chose to get a one room suite for four nights to be more comfortable. According to staff only a total of 10 rooms have a Thames view which we found incredible with it's location - so don,t be expecting that. Breakfast was fine in a nice dining room.

This hotel is stylish and beautiful and perfectly situated for a visit to the O2 ATP finals! We stayed as a treat for my son's birthday - the staff ensured my son was totally spoilt, with cakes, gifts and balloons! The customer service at this hotel is on another level and we look forward to returning again.
