everything was ok .The personel wasvery nice ,kind and I tried to ask help for remove the stainin my shirt but unfortunately they didn't have any spray for solve this problem .Anyway It's fine,but i advise to the hotel to keep available for the future

This hotel was very average, there was a loud noise from the air-conditioning unit above my room, so I would claim the room was not fit for accommodation. Also the ceiling highs, were very low, I would hate to be a tall person and the size of the bathroom, you could hardly swing a cat in.

Given that London hotels tend to be pretty bad for the price compared with most European cities, I had low expectatikns when I arrived, but overall was quite satisfied.
Positives: Very friendly and professional staff. Great location, very convenient tube stops nearby. Pretty good price compared with other comparable hotels. Great beds. Excellent breakfast. And a little micro gym downstairs with modern cardio machines.
Negatives: Bathroom was miniscule, you had to be careful just turning around. The elevator is embarassingly slow, unexplicably so. You may wait 3-5 minutes each time, it's incredibly annoying. And if you sleep late, the cleaning women make a lot of noise, slamming things, etc. Bring earplugs or get up early.
All that said I would book again. But fix the elevator!

This hotel is run well and very clean only problim the room are a bit small but very cosy nice soft beds and pillows had no problim sleeping and nice breakfast too but its it location that makes it just a stone throw from Oxford Street and the Heart of London you will not be dissapointed

Wonderful experience, made a very special weekend perfect. A memory to cherish. Hotel was situated just off Oxford St a five min walk from Marble Arch. Easy to find but tucked away from any busy roads in quiet side street. A warm and pleasant welcome at the reception where they asked if we were celebrating anything special. We arrived a little early but were escorted to our room after just a short wait where we discovered we had been given an upgraded room with complements. We were delighted to discover a Queen size bed with cotton sheets and luxurious duvet/throw. Excellent bathroom facilities including toiletries. Complementary bath robes and slippers (which we could take home, but didn't). After our day our and evening at the theatre we returned to the hotel to discover our a bottle of complimentary wine. Help yourself breakfast was plentiful and catered for special dietary needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again even if it wasn't our anniverary
