Would highly recommend this hotel, would definitely return. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great location in the centre of Leeds within walking distance to the railway station, shops and bars.

Loved my stay here, the hotel has a very modern feel to it but still maintains a bit of the rustic charm especially in the coffee shop. The staff was brilliant and was always able to help in every possible manner. The only drawback was that being a business traveler and being promoted as a business hotel, the laundry service was not in-house and therefore a little difficult to use.
Having said that i would still not stay anywhere else when I am in Leeds.

Not only were there at least 4 staff members joking and chating to each other but the time my wife and I visited their FireLake grill/cafe was extremely quiet (hardy anyone eating or drinking) I'd expect at least some minimal customer service skills, especially from a well known hotel bar. I did notice some drinks delivered by a staff member and this is the reason I expected table service especially after having eyecontact with one one the staff members. After waiting for at least 30 minutes however there were two options, either go somewhere else where our money would be respected or visit the bar and understand why the selective table service.. The answer was pathetic coming from a guy you clearly didnt want to work there.. Gave me a cold rude dismisive response and avoided the whole debate I started to create.
Honestly one of the worst experiences I have personally experienced.

Nice, central hotel, lovely room but spoilt by noise outside, felt like there was no window in the room. Not much sleep had so spoilt our weekend as shattered. Have stayed before and not had this problem that's why we booked again.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu at lest once a week for four years, having tried nearly every other hotel in Leeds. I like the eco credentials of the group. It is the courtesy and the friendliness of the staff that I recall. Good, well equipped quiet rooms.
