The hotel gave us a free upgrade to King Business Suite. They Suite was spacious and a perfect room for us to stay. The staff is excellent and takes care of everything you would need. The dinner and breakfast buffet at the Oasis restaurant was good. They have a lot of varieties in the buffet than the usual a-la-carte menu. The hotel is maintained very nicely and every need of yours is taken care by the staff. In all an excellent place to stay. Would love to stay there again.
(Note: The hotel is quite far from the airport, around 18 kms.)

Staff need essential training for “Indian Atithi Satkaar”. Business traveler not interested into fancy building or rules. Especially person like us, who almost spend their Year in Hotels only and working.

I stayed here twice during October and November and would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. I would definitely staff there again if I was in the area.

Food served, especially in-room dining was not upto mark. Other than that, everything else was fine. The room was clean, check in and check-out was easy, staffs were friendly. The highlight was the Kabab Factory dining experience, it was wonderful. but will not extend this compliments for in-room dining or other restaurants.

The location to this hotel is around 16kms from the airport. The check in was pretty fast. Their bar, Winchester, is nice and the music played is nice as well. Fish and chips dish is the best. We had our corporate event and the staff, mr. Yaresh, helped us a lot before, during and after the event. The entire menu for the event was selected by him on my request as I didn’t have the understanding of local taste which our guests really relished. I wish him all the best for his future.
