This hotel caters to your every need. I traveled to India for business and the Radisson Blu was fantastic. - They were able to drive to and from the office in India - They arranged all my transportation needs - Restaurants were great especially the morning buffet

All the services provided were excellent. Location was very good. Service was warm and courteous and staff came to meet and greet on arrival as well as every time it was approached. Food was excellent with lots of variety in veg and non-veg as well as sweet dishes. All the 3 meals -breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy with all the amenities available and working.

I went for this wedding which was held here.I entered,I was overwhelmed by how the staff was behaving and glaring at me in an uncomfortable manner.
And my doubts turned into reality when the porter carrying the luggage dropped every others' guests till their room and mine was left in the left.He just told me the direction and left from the place.
Not only that, when I came to the reception to ask for the keys the front desk did not extend any courtesy and also spoke in a very rude and unacceptable manner.
It really disheartens,that a hotel with such reputation has such a dismissive attitude towards their customers.

The Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian sections in dining area have been nicely separated and the special feature is that the staff is always vigil to check the entry of Non-veg plates to Vegetarian area. The overall ambiance of dining area is excellent.

Radisson Blu kaushambi, is placed just 3-4 kms from Anand Vihar. The hotel looks great and is kept very neat and tidy.
I stayed in a Business Class and the room was perfect. It was tidy and clean.
The Avatar- The dining area, is well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety.
The Lust- The pool side area, is classy and there is plenty of seating available.
So all in all, it's a perfect place to be at.
