Here for a couple of nights on business. Great location as you can walk to the airport. Room was very nice with super comfortable mattress and nice pillows.
Rainfall shower with good pressure and a demisting mirror which was a nice touch.
Breakfast is a vast buffet with everything you could want and expect

Our second visit here.Arrived by taxi and stayed Wednesday night prior to an early flight. We got connecting rooms with our daughter, which was very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with some odd design items (wierd chair - very impractical). Staff were good, concierge printed me some boarding passes and our waiter was very friendly and efficient in the bar. Watch out for the included service charge though. The best thing here is that you walk out of the Hotel, down a short covered path with direct access to the airport complex. Blissful! Would certainly use again.

I have given 1 star only for the fact of the location near the airport and the Italian restaurant (collage) staff who are a lovely bunch.
We stayed here at the beginning of November to avoid the long journey in the early hours. We had an early start therefore had an early night. At 2am I woke with an itchy foot which started to burn therefore Went to the bathroom to investigate. I had itchy burning bites on my legs, back, arms, chest and head. I went back into the room to wake my husband and saw some orange/brown bugs crawling over the duvet.
We went down to reception to speak to the duty Manager and told him of the problem. He didn’t seem at all shocked and said he would give us another room. We accepted the room as I needed to bath to see if it would relieve the itching but asked him if he could arrange some anti inflammatory or something to stop the itching. We received a call from him when we got back to the room to say that he was unable to get on our behalf therefore my husband had to go to the airport to find a chemist. When we checked out I left my details for someone to contact me as I wanted confirmation when the problem had been sorted so that nobody else experienced the same problem.
AT NO POINT DID I RECEIVE AN APOLOGY.
I received an email from the hotel the day after to say that the head housekeeper would look into this and will get in touch on Monday. That was the last I heard from the hotel even the email I sent on our return was ignored.
I have since been in touch with the agent we booked through and they sorted out a refund on the cost of the accommodation after the hotel admitted, after investigation they did indeed had a problem with bed bugs. The hotel did eventually apologise through the agent but as they had both my mobile number and my email address they should have apologised direct.
Well done Radisson Blu you totally ruined our holiday and your customer care skills are atrocious!

ideally located next door to Stansted airport with ample signage & parking
all staff are highly professional, polite & courteous
all areas are very clean & tidy with plenty of services available
The rooms are spotlessly clean with modern décor

Stayed here twice, once before and once after a holiday. The onsite restaurant was very over priced for what it is, with the guy manning the desk and taking you to a table being quite rude, however the people serving were lovely. Food was disappointing given the price. The rooms were basic and hot. I found the breakfast to be very expensive for what you get and the lack of quality coffee was disappointing. Great location though and a nice onsite pool and gym.
