Stayed at Raddion Blu for the first time. Was having trouble getting rooms,some unusually rush. The Hotel management and staff came through and ensure i had a very luxurious room, and a memorable stay at the hotel. A special thank you to the GM, Mr. Sanjay Singh for his personal attention. They ensured I become a regular and not go back to the propoerties i was going to earlier. A must try for all visiting Pune for business or leisure

We had booked Radisson for 2 nights as my fiance was coming to town for the first time and wanted to have a perfect location to stay for her.
Had requested hotel about some romantic setup in room and to our surprise it was so beautifully decorated that my fiance fell in love with it instantly.
Rooms were spacious, neat, clean and almost no lobby noise could be heard within the room. Breakfast served was great and had good choice to choose from and best part is they have swimming pool on top floor.
Staff was polite, friendly and quite welcoming.
Will for sure recommend it if someone is traveling to Pune and it's just half an hour drive from airport too.

it’s a radisson - so it gives you a baseline to compare and review.
Check in: smooth, cordial and hassle free.
Room: well done up and spacious and well maintained. Try taking one that’s NOT facing the entrance - it’s quieter. The area doesn’t allow for a room with a view because there isn’t a view to have.
Con - rooms are bit sound insulated so you’ll hear your neighbour and the corridor if it’s noisy. Definitely needs improvement there.
Dinner buffet: I’ve seen better spreads than one here. I’d say it’s a good average. The live pasta made by chef Jayes and the desserts were notably good.
What I will compliment them for is the dedication and commitment with which they serve. Constantly vigilant, taking care to even see the slightest detail whether you need a new fork or spoon - really good. Mr Pankaj Pawar was one gentleman who exemplified this commitment.
Communication: they have this one touch service where you don’t have to call front office and housekeeping separately. Nice concept but the relay I think can be made faster. But nothing that had any bearing on the stay.
Breakfast buffet: Again, I’ve seen better spreads including other radisson hotels elsewhere , but again full marks for the service.
Linen: had 2 out of the three towels in a not so good state - hoping it was just one exception and that usually they check twice. Also, I’d suggest an improvement in the quality of the towels etc... it just didn’t quite feel like a “radisson” towel.
Staff is very helpful and takes care.
So five out of five for the service.
Four out of five for the infrastructure.
Overall, I’d come back for sure.

It was really special moment for me as it was my engagement and wanted to celebrate differently. I have consulted with Radison representative and they suggested me various options and deals.
I want to take a moment and say "Thank you very much to Radison hotel and its team" as it was a memorable moment at Radison hotel. Me, my fiance and our families liked and enjoyed at hotel and arrangements was done very nicely and at very affordable cost
The hotel staff was very suppurtive and quick specially "Atul" who helped us lot and made our day.

Located on a critical artery connecting the airport to magarpatta, the hotel is ideal for small events and groups. The Manager Sanjay and his key staff like vivek and swapnil drive a tight ship and CHETAK runs a fancy kitchen.
