Everything is on hi level , good place, good service, good people, good food, only positive emotion . Weil try to come here again. Maybe a little to hi price, but absolutely no problems at all. Thank you very much

It was our first Carpathian trip - for me and my son for the first time. I heared a lot about Bukovel as a resort and Radisson Blue Bukovel as wonderful hotel. What can I say - interior of the hotel impressed me much: wonderful, comfortable and modern design. I was impressed by the design of the corridor - it's way of lightening and it's colours. At the beginning we were impressed also of the room service - in the evening of the 1st day 3 young man brought small bed for my son (2 years old) and change our two beds into one king-sized bed. But on the next day and till the end of our trip we were very dissapointed of the room service - they wanted to clean our room when our son were sleeping (in the mid of the day) even after information about that. And this situation repeated every day (till the end) and it was awfull! We put informational sticker on the door in the morning - that this room is free and could be cleaned, but ...the girl from room service came at the exact time of our son's sleep. Also, I was a little bit disappointed of the swimming pool - I think it is not enough for such big hotel. Because if you want to swim you must wake up early in the morning when it is more or less free (2 or 3 people enough for such size of the swimming pool). We visited swimming pool in the middle of the day with my son - and it was overcrowded (15 or 20 people) and it was very noisy there. For such young children as my son - this swimming pool (with separate part for children) it is good and enough big. There you can find all the nessessry equipment for children's safety. But for grown ups it is too small. Overall this hotel has good facilities, tasty сuisin (that included tasty children's menu), wonderful location (oh, what a wonderful view you'll have from your window or balcony every morning!!!). I had visited network of Radisson hotel in different countries and everywhere it is always high quality service, but in Bukovel I think it is not enough as for service (I think mostly it caused by local people that work there).

We stayed at this hotel with my wife couple of days. Generally the stay was good, there were some minor issue with reception and restaurant staff on check-in (misunderstanding with breakfast), as we were part of the group who had conference at the hotel. Despite this there were no problems. The we liked it was the bar and service delivered there was the best to compare to other departments.
I definitely recommend this place, in case of traveling to Bukovel.

Very good location - fresh air, very close to ski slopes. Clean and big rooms, very tasty breakfast.
Hotel has four types of saunas which are already included in price of your room. Amazing view from a balcony.
