Stayed in the hotel just for a day as it’s my company provided stay. Before I could vacate the room I wanted to eat something as I din wanted to be hungry later. After checking the menu carefully I ordered Swedish meat balls from kids menu.it was called “ top gun “and costed 109 Kronos . While checking out the bill was 199. When I asked the receptionist she said the chef said as the meal was ordered for an adult it’s 199 and not 109. I did not argue as I din have much time or I was in a situation to argue about it. I paid. I know many will not pay they will complain and take there money back. I feel cheated. The same menu was there in different sections like main meal or starters with different price. But I chose a particular one for a reason and not to get cheated. Dear chef... I travel around the world I order and pay for what I ask. If you had to decide what an adult or child will eat sorry that doesn’t work that way. Stop making money in a wrong way. Am sure I will stay again in the hotel in the future as it will be from my company side...but not going to eat anything from your chef,

Radisson Blu Sky City is an ideal place to stay if you have an overnight connection at Arlanda Airport, as we did on our journey home from Salzburg/Munich to Los Angeles. The hotel is located between Terminal 5 and Terminal 4, is literally integral with the airport, and can easily be walked to from your plane. After check in, you can take the Arlanda Express into downtown Stockholm, as we did (note that the Arlanda Express is itself quite pricey, but the alternative is a local train that takes longer). We paid extra for a "business class" room, but even this room was quite small. This was November, cold in Stockholm, and our efforts to use the thermostat to make the room warmer were all in vain. In the end we had to call the front desk and get a plug-in electric heater. Our other gripe was the very bright blue clock attached to the television, which bathed the room in blue light and made it difficult to sleep. We finally draped a scarf over it. The truly good thing about the Radisson Blu Sky City was the staff . . . very friendly and very helpful. We awoke on the morning of our departure to a breakfast that was decent but not outstanding, then trundled our bags to our departure gate in Terminal 5. The hotel served its purpose admirably. We arrived back in L.A. after an 11 hour flight relaxed and with no real jet lag.

When booking the room at the Radisson Arlanda, I did a mistake and booked a room at the "Radisson Arlandia" instead of the "Radisson Blu SkyCity" which is directly at the terminals and which I wanted to book as I had to catch a very early flight the morning after. After beeing informed late in evening by the guy at check-in counter that I booked the other hotel, I asked if it is possible to change to this hotel. His answer was "no we are fully booked". I was willing to pay the difference to the higher price , but still "no we are full". At the same time another person asked at the counter next to me if there are rooms available and got a friendly "yes of course". I even checked afterwords if it was possible to book the hotel online and even there it was possible to book different room categories. Very unnecessary bad acting by staff and next time it will be another hotel ...

We stayed here several years ago and found it a great place to stay. It is within easy walking distance from Terminals 2-5. The rooms are small and basic but there is a hotpot for coffee/tea and a refrigerator which was appreciated. Breakfast is not included but it is available starting at 4:30 am. There are several restaurants located nearby including fast food places.

very nice room and bathroom. Unfortunately the room size is very small, fortunately I was alone. Two of us probably did not get in the room. Unfortunately there is no view from the room. For airport transit it is very good, since you are at the airport, you do not have to leave the building.
