myrah962on 20/11/2017 23:31Staff was nice and courteous. 31Hundred Club food was good. I rated cleanliness low only because a tray was left in the hallway that stunk up the hallway. I had to ask 3 times before the tray was removed.

703naomikon 20/11/2017 21:09This hotel was lovely, but not exceptional. A bit pricey for a vanilla room-- but it is centrally located to some of the other cool things to do in Toledo. The staff was grumpy and seemed hurried, but that might have been because there was a huge wedding taking place and all of the rooms were full. Kindness would have gone a long way, and even after offering manners to the staff, my husband and I ultimately felt that we were merely in the way and should just bugger off to our room so the staff could get back to helping customers who mattered.
Odd but nice!
Jimmy Kon 20/11/2017 20:00Been to a lot of hotels but this one is an odd duck. It's a former Hilton and you can see the massive spaces in the lobby, meeting rooms and banquet halls. The weekend I was here, it was empty. Staff is friendly and attentive in the bar and restaurant. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was excellent! Only complaint is that the towels were all used up at the pool Friday and there were none there Saturday. The bin was over filled at noon still.
If you like to check out the local eats, make sure you have a car. Not much In walking distance, as it sits in the middle of a medical center area.
The hotel does show its age but is kept pretty well. Water pressure was horrible in the bathroom, but over all the room was clean and tidy. There was an odor on the desk chair that smelled like garbage. We just moved it and avoided it. It's one of the nicer places to stay in an otherwise dismal shrinking city.
Front desk staff went above and beyond for us
OhioFamily99on 19/11/2017 03:54I want to send a huge thank you to Jessica and Christy at the front desk. I was in Toledo to hand deliver a proposal to a client, due by 3:00pm. While driving from Cleveland, my office discovered a critical error in the proposal. They emailed the corrected page to the Radisson before I arrived. Christy and Jessica made sure it was printed in color & 3-hole punched, ready for me to make the switch, and I was able to submit the proposal with 38 minutes to spare. My entire office thanks the Radisson!

G4958UWsusanron 19/11/2017 03:42The Radisson is a delightful place to stay when I’m in Toledo. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant has great meals at reasonable prices. The hotel is centrally located.
