From the time I checked in- until I finally got into my room - was almost 1 hour!! Check in staff seemed disinterested in expediting process (and I had booked and paid for my reservation online!) Place was huge and outside of building very depressing looking. My room was nice, but I had to drive to it from lobby- which meant I also had to drive to pool. Luckily I brought a towel from the room, because pool towels were meant for Barbie dolls! BTW-- this was a very cold weekend in mid-November. Walking between buildings not an option!

My stay was awesome. The employees were very friendly and professional. The hotel was very convenient as far as its location. It was close to other restaurants and venues. The bartender was also very professional and friendly. I thanked him for his service and wished him a happy veterans day and he wished me the same.

very quiet rooms, sleep number beds(was meant to be a positive comment), easy access to PA turnpike. Shopping within 10 min. bar closes at 11 pm. front desk did not seem to know where meetings were being held. some meetings were moved and signage was not changed.

The last time I stayed at this hotel I told myself never again. I was booked here by mistake and was pleasantly surprised the room was clean, water pressure great with sleep number bed. The hotel lobby had been renovated with the restaurant greatly improved. What I did enjoy was breakfast buffet style at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and I had no problems.
Now this hotel isn’t a Conrad Hilton however it is clean and reasonable.

This hotel is nice, and I enjoyed my overnight stay. The front desk staff Wendy was wonderful when I checked in. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was a good size with a large vanity. I appreciated the sleep number bed as I have one at home and prefer a softer mattress which is normally difficult to find in a hotel. The hotel bar was nice and the bartender, Beckey, was great! There is plenty of parking but be aware that parking near the lobby may not be the most convenient for your room.
The lobby is a little confusing with an accordion sliding door that I watched another guest walk into however once you figure it out you just have to be careful. Also, there is not an elevator, and some of the first floor rooms require walking up a flight of 7 stairs. This shouldn't be difficult for anyone who can do stairs, however, be aware of this when making reservations if you have a disability.
I will likely stay here again.
