I stayed here on business last week. Check in was fine and the room was fine. I ate breakfast at the restaurant for the "hot breakfast buffet" in the morning. I wasn't expecting to have an exceptional breakfast at a hotel buffet, but everything was cold. I ended up eating cereal. Upon checkout, I was told their computers were doing an update, so I was asked to write my name and email address on a notepad so they could email me a receipt later that day or by the next day. I am still waiting for my receipt. I emailed the hotel directly a couple days ago requesting it and am still waiting for a response. I do need it for business reimbursement so I will call to get it, but it's a little frustrating that they didn't just send it in the first place. Overall, just disappointed with the service.

I've spent in this hotel for almost two weeks and there's one more to go. In overall everything has been fine but there are few things to share.
My room is nearly in the end of the long, long hallway, which is good. Tonigth - fri-sat - there's been a loud conversation rigth outside of my room, icemachine has been used and a smell of smoking got into my room. So I haven't a much sleep. Should there really be signs to tell people that someone might try to sleep at 02 o'clock?
In the room, there is a small fridge and a coffee maker. Usually housekeeping remembers to leave a bottle of water, but not everyday. The bed is wide ja cosy, linen is promissed to change every other day, but mine has been the same all the time I've been here. It's next to nothing, because five pillows for one person offers me clean pillowcase enough. Both room and bathroom are clean and well taken care of.
There's a warm breakfast buffet included. Staff especially in Twist is great!
My tiredness might affect to my rewiev right now. I just made an online order to delivered to the hotel - I hope that it works...

Room turned out better than we originally thought. Hotel not especially new or fixed up, which we usually expect from Radisson. Beds were pretty hard, but had good pillows. Room was very clean. Had disappointing toilet seat that wouldn't stay up! But clean room and bathroom.

We really liked the room, the sleep number bed, the food, and the management. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! My sincere thanks to the excellent staff for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant!

I enjoyed the Radisson for my week long business trip. The convenience of check in, the small details including the bathroom and slippers in the room. The high speed internet was wonderful as it allowed me to work for the hotel. I often have a hard time resting well in a hotel but with the sleep number bed I was able make my nights very restful. It is obvious this is an older hotel however it has been remodeled very nicely. I was able to walk to stores and restaurants as the location was very convenient. The attached restaurant had great happy hour specials including food and drinks and live music. I will definitely be staying at the Radisson again.
