excellent location for business travel avoids downtown costs and congestion Easy access to main arteries into and out of Vancouver Comfortable rooms Excellent food and beverage I would definitely stay there again

I booked into a wheelchair accessible room for one night while transporting my 90 year old mother to my home. The room was clean, but not particularly wheelchair friendly and posed a number of challenges for her. If you arrive between 2 pm and 4 pm, don't arrive hungry as none of the food facilities in the hotel are available between those hours and room service, when operating, has a limited menu.

Staying at the raddison these past few days has been a very enjoyable time.
The room was not too noisy for being so close to the airport and the sky train.
The Man at the front desk who’s name was atnoor was friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Internet service keep dropping and need to rejoin every few hours.
Service and staff are average, not "wow" service.
Location is convenient and closed to everything.
Park spaces are limited and needed to park on the building which is a bit far from the hotel especially at night time in which there is no security in the parking building. Feel unsafe.

Stayed here a few times. Reasonable rates comfortable beds and well maintained. Convient shuttle to the airport and mid term parking can be arranged. Interesting area to walk around the hotel. I went to a food court in a mall near there and there was not one English word describing the food.
