Stayed here for part of a tour for 2 nights room was tired curtain hanging off lack of toiletries restaurant food was ok but always cold - waited 2 hrs for a party of 9 of us to receive drinks and food in the snack bar last night very slow all the staff were running about and there were only 4 other in was told there were no local gin and wanted to charge more money my simple snack chicken burger in roll and chips got sent back 3 times as it was cold the staff need training the laid back attitude does not sit well with the regular traveller who expect more of the Radisson hotel group

This hotel was booked by our tour company for one night. We had a nice business room, very spacious. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but the service is not quite up to the standard of a Radisson hotel. We wanted to have dinner at the Kebab Restaurant but they had a set menu, you couldn't just order a kebab. Overall the hotel was ok but I don't think I would stay here if I had to book it.

A well used hotel that has not been updated in a few decades. Was not able to use either of my two electricity adapters so I could use my cpap machine as well as recharge my phone. The hotel said that they had one but after I asked for a second time and the young man eventually came up with one it also did not work. Compared to the other hotels where I stayed in India, the most uncomfortable bed. Able to hear a lot of street noise to the early morning. Generally the employees did not appear to enjoy their working there.

The lobby is small and has little room to sit with friends. The room was adequate but didn't have enough light. When I requested an additional lamp from housekeeping, they said it was impossible. I had to beg the manager to send one up. Breakfast was adequate, although not much of a variety. However, service was atrocious.I had to make over 3 requests for a cup of tea; something that the service people should have offered of their own accord
