Poor rooms and air conditioning. Business class rooms are not at all for even a small family. Please avoid. Breakfast menu was poor as well. Hotel staff was good but overall hotel was not at par as compared to other hotels.

We were upgraded to Business floor and a newly refurbished room, which was excellent and great bathroom as well. Outstanding value for a quality city hotel. Staff excellent and a good lunch while waiting for our room. Valet car parking 35.00 which seemed really cheap after paying a ridiculous 85.00 at Hilton Sydney. The location of the hotel is fine

We were close to Melbourne Central as it only one train away. As we were dining in the centre of the city, we caught the tram as it is just up the road. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious.

Overall Radisson Hotel was a great stay, it has the best location being just out the front from the free tram zone, and just down the road from the train station. Staff was always willing to make our stay brilliant and always helped with our needs. The beds are more then comfortable and the rooms are relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend staying here to almost anyone.

I was here for a conference in the area, had a great view of flagstaff gardens. The room was perfect for what I needed. Staff were friendly. Great spot close to public transport and being able to utilise the gardens was perfect
