Stayed here before our cruise the bed was broken the first night
Stayed again after cruse door lock broken
Poor customer service
The pool was nice that's not saying much waited 2 hours to get our roll away bed tried to call front desk twice was put on hold I had to go to the front desk to get help with the bed and when I got the bed I had to ask for pillows

Thanks to the Radisson Hotel employees for making our stay very nice . It was a easy check-in and a easy check-out!! The pool area and the rest of the grounds were very nice . I'm planning my next cruise and I'm definitely staying at the Radisson.

The staff at the front office has the ability to ruin the beginning of a perfectly good vacation. Plainly unpleasant. Anyone from the streets can have access to this property as the rooms have free access from the outside. Safety was a concern. Both stories have cobblestone walkways so all luggage wheels can be heard being dragged from room to room. Be prepared for the possibility of a LONG walk with your luggage from the ONE elevator to your room.

Maggie at the Front Desk is the best!
She went over and above to make our check in go very smooth.
She handled a couple of issues that we had with ease and efficiency
She deserves to be recognized by Management for a job well done!

Hotel location was great for our family as it was close to the cruise port. We walked to nearby manatee sanctuary. The hotel grounds were clean and well kept. Rooms clean and had plenty of space. Hotel staff were friendly and went out of thier way to ensure we had everything we needed. FANTASTIC experience at this hotel.
