A very nice hotel
visitornovember2017on 12/11/2017 20:13It was a very plesant stay. Beautiful hotel, nice bed, quiet room, good breakfast and friendly staff.
It was only a fifteen minute walk to the center of Alcala. There is also a bus stop at 2 minutes, who brings you to the airport and other locations.
I would certainly choose this hotel again!
Perfect for business

Very courteous staff - if not from the fact that certain employees at front desk were not bilingual, service was excellent. Location is not the greatest if you don't have a car but the hotel itself is clean and very well maintained!
Modern city hotel, but noisy
MargaridaDiason 20/10/2017 16:42I stayed in this Hotel while the Medieval fair of Alcala de Henares was happening. In general is it a nice modern hotel. The rooms are weirdly decorated, with the bed in the middle and a desk in the back of the bed. I was disturbed since early morning with the noise from the corridors, it almost seemed like I had the door open. At 9 am the housekeeping was already knocking at my door- it was my check-out day, so I don't understand how the reception does not inform them.. The breakfast seemed to have a lot of variety, unfortunately I went 30min before the end and some of the things were empty and were not replaced. Also a lot of noisy children running around what is a bit annoying when you're trying to start your day.

452anacatarinacon 20/10/2017 09:50For a 4 star hotel I expect impeccable cleaning. That was not the case. The floor of the bathroom was not the cleanest and the hairdryer still had hairs on it from some previous guest. Further, the staff didn't clean our room on day 2. Décor is great, location really good, staff of the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast was really nice.
Worst ever pizza in my life
Cristina_73_brasovon 21/08/2017 13:29Coming back after 6 years at same hotel is good to see still well maintained rooms, cleaned and comfortable. Hotel has the advantage to be located close to the beautiful city centre of Alcala where are plenty of good restaurants and bars, not far from motorway and rail station. Staff friendly and helpful... Breakfast has rather limited choices and quite basic. I had an unpleasant experience with room service. I order a pizza and I get something that hardly could be called as it, most probably a round bred with horrible taste and cold...On top of it, unfortunately I did not check the bill when food arrived and 2 days later at checkout I have observed on my bill another dish which I did not order, did not received but I paid. When I raised the problem, there was no one from the restaurant that could clarify. Because I did not verify on time I had to take the cost and being accountable for this situation. Lesson learned: always check do not fully trust . Wi-Fi available in the rooms with decent speed. Overall good experience.
