This hotel was really good in term of location (walkable distance from bus stop i.e Hospet), service and proper suggestions if u r planning to visit Hampi.
The hotel staff was really good and cooperative.
We have enjoyed a lot staying here.

Me and my 6 years old kid had booked and a man at reception has no clue about it! After showing booking voucher on a smartphone, he accepted us and gave us the key of Non-AC Room Number 118 which was near to reception. As I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was size was the room.. which was very huge where small kids can play cricket.
The room was bit dusty, no water bottle or normal water, only empty jug with 2 glass, one tiny soap and towel was there. Hot water was there, may be weather was hot. No wifi, no breakfast, at night there was mosquitos. In midnight I woke up and plugged mosquito repellent (which I had with me in a bag)I have paid around Rs 900 plus and instead of concentrating on providing good service, reception person asking us if we need a car, auto-rikshaw or anything like that. We checked out around 8 am, gave the key to another guy who asked for key.Then around 11:45 am I got the call from same reception person who checked us in, said me check out time is 12:) He had no idea that we checked out at 8 am! will rate average. since 1) overpriced, could have served at least breakfast for this price.
2) locality is dusty and looks unclean.
Otherwise OK, 1) close to the bus stand, 2) restaurants at walkable distances
3) courteous staff

courteous staff behavior,
Hot water supply,
Easy to accommodate an extra person
Clean & spacious room & washrooms.

Room door handle was broken,
Underground cark parking is a bit tricky if someone parks behind ur vehicle,
Tv was not working.

So, my boyfriend has pre-booked the place, as we had an early train, and were staying in Hampi, didn't know at the time, we didn't really need that hotel in Hospet..anyways, we thought, we will have dinner, shower a few hours sleep and go to the station.
The staff at the reception is polite in rejecting your concerns. No wifi, no hot water. The room is not small, but there was no mosquito net. The bathroom was disaster - no sink, or let me put it that way, there was a sink but broken on the bathroom floor :)) We were told there is no hot water, no shower of course. I asked at least for a bucket, that was manageable after a few hours.. when we had to leave :) you are basically on the street, as the windows are not normal windows but like grids.. To conclude they charge so much for nothing, I know it is India, we travelled for 2 months there, but come on.. don't stay in that place!
