At first I wasn't going to stay in Ada as the motel prices are VERY high here. I decided to check out, as best I could, the Raintree Inn. I decided to take a chance. Turned out to be a good decision. It is an older Inn but has been very nicely kept and updated. Had a chance to speak with the owner when I arrived and is a very nice gentleman. If you want a nice room at a good price, you can't go wrong with the Raintree Inn.

Worst motel ever. Don't waste your time on this place!!! Charged my card a fee that was never disclosed at check-in and when I called to inquire as to why the man was a jerk. It's outdated and unfriendly

Had family in for our family reunion, and we had them stay at the Raintree Inn. The staff took excellent care of them, and all the kids loved the waffles! Been in the area a long time, and even tho' it is one of the older places in town it's an awesome value compared to the higher priced locations in the area.

The manager was very nice, but unfortunately could not credit any money to me because my purchase was made through TA. When I arrived very late in the evening, the room smelled like mildew. I hoped that it would dissipate by the next day, but did not. The second night that I was there, housekeeping never came. When I spoke to the manager, the notes said that I requested to not be disturbed, which was simply not true. I left early in the morning and got back late in the evening each day, as I was there on business. The place really needs updating, especially for the regular price that they charge.

This is an older hotel but clean and comfortable. It could use some updates but overall, it was fine for my husband and I. The bed was super comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. The shower was awesome and the air conditioner worked very well.
The breakfast was good enough for us... waffle maker, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Coffee, orange juice and water too.
For the price of this hotel, it's well worth it. Don't listen to those complainers from the last 2 reviews.
