My stay at Raj Park Chennai was comfortable. I had visited Chennai for my US visa formalities and found the hotel to be well-located from the Consulate (1.5kms) and Visa Application Center (2.5kms). The staff members are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the food & beverage are of good standard. However, the hotel requires refresh in terms of interiors as some parts look old & dated.

Good Stay . There was some issues with wifi connectivity. Room Service and house Keeping have done a good job. Overall it was a good stay but felt like the price for food was little higher especially for fresh juice with the amount of quantity provided.

I stayed there for business during many days.
Bad things :
The WiFi signal is here but we are always disconnected and we cannot get good calls or work. (which is a problem when you are here for business and do not have Indian SIM card).
Rooms atmosphere is quite heavy and sometimes need more fresh air.
Diner and breakfast are always the same, if you stay long time it can be annoying.
Good points :
Perfect localization for enjoying restaurants, pubs, nightlife, shops.
The team is very professional and very helpful.
Breakfast is included and the spa saloon is very good.

Price is too high for the facilities of the room. I feel smoke smell in non smoke room and I also face issue with room lock , which made me to wait outside room for 10 to 15mins. As in general they gave only water bottle and hotel restaurant prices are very high

If this is close to your place of business where one is travelling then this hotel is fine. Its a very basic hotel ok the for room tariff they charge.
Have stayed with them 2-3 time in the past as got a good deal
