this hotel should not carry the Ramada flag.i am a hotel owner at Alexandria bay new York. and former owner of Riviera resort and marina in de land florida.the room we stayed was filthy ,moldy ,tv wasn't working. furnitures are shabby and old !!!chairs are not safe to sit on,this hotel is rated 0 star and I warn all future guests to avoid this so called ramada hotel .as far as they can .from staying there.

Each room in the motel has a large window facing the exterior walkway. As I walked to my room upon first arriving, I noticed that some rooms had all of the furniture piled in the middle and wrapped in plastic. I wondered if the rooms were being treated for bedbugs.
When I got to my room, I took the sheets off of one of the beds and inspected the mattress (I always do this at every hotel). On the bottom of the mattress, I found an adult bed bug. I grabbed it, smeared it on a piece of paper, washed my hands twice, and brought it down to the front desk. The woman did not act surprised and offered me a refund. She said they had had problems with bed bugs.

They have construction going on so I probably wouldn't recommend it for a little while after that it may paradise motel

The place was horrible the room smelled. I walked in and walked out. the receptionist was rude. There was graffiti on the walls in the room. I ask to speak to a supervisor I was told no one was available.I left my name and number and never received a call back. I stayed at another hotel the same night. best Western on international drive. I called the hotel the following day to speak to a supervisor and again I was told that no one was available. I left my name and number but still no call.

This Ramada has a lot going for it, but it certainly won't be for everyone at this time, as it is in the middle of being renovated. We were put in a newly renovated room, and it was all that you would expect. Unfortunately, we arrived in the early afternoon and wanted to nap after a long day's drive. That was not possible, as the room above us was being remodeled, with some serious hammering and banging going. We requested a room change, and were put in a room scheduled for upgrade. It was clean and comfortable, but showed plenty of signs of use. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety, and was well attended to. Give this location a couple of months or so, and it should be in top shape again.
