Average hotel
Charlie Don 13/11/2017 13:19I spent two nights in this hotel during the low season. The hotel staff, security guards and taxi drivers were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The surrounding areas of the hotel and the outside of the hotel including the pool area seemed very run down and in need of an update. Perhaps the being the low season, this had something to do with it. There really isn't a lot to see or do in the immediate areas, but the taxis will take you anywhere you please and is much safer to use them than walking.
I ate in both hotel restaurants and the food was good. Despite not using it, the gym looked well equipped. There is also an Arcade room that I'm sure children would enjoy.
The room was clean and tidy, beds were large and comfortable and there was television with english speaking channels, albeit not great signal. There is also air con. I would advise that you ask to stay in a room away from the front of the building as there are generators on the lower roof of the front of the building and make a huge amount of noise all day and night.
Overall I had a nice stay at this hotel.
Lastly this is unrelated to the hotel as it is not their fault, and more for advise: There is a cashpoint inside the hotel reception but it only accepts local bank cards. I was unable to obtain cash with Visa and MasterCard in the hotel and also the Atlantic Bank. If you do need cash go to the "ScotiaBank" ATM which is a short taxi ride, although I walked. My advise is to make sure you bring US Dollars with you if you visit Belize.
Good hotel
Annette Gon 10/11/2017 01:01Very Nice Accommodations. Friendly Staff and Awesome view. Food was great as well. If you visit the Casino at the front of the hotel just be warned that you only get American money up to the amount you changed to play. Anything over is given to you in Belizean so don't play at the end of your trip.

peterC2839NBon 07/11/2017 19:27Staff is very friendly. But service is quite inefficient and ineffective. Rooms are good and have a nice view. Internet very slow. Quality for a Ramada hotel on lower average. Service in some areas not existing (Pool bar etc.)

Jaime Pon 06/11/2017 00:11I recently went to their restaurant and found a fly in my food! I know for sure it was in there from the beginning because it was way to the bottom! Food was gross!!
The service was excellent. The drinks were very good as well. It has a very nice.view too.
