Stayed here for one night on business, hotel room was clean and comfortable.
I ate dinner in the restaurant, it was good, well cooked and well presented.
Breakfast was very good.
The Skybar has great views and is perfect for a nightcap.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
An enjoyable stay.

Booked this hotel for location as close to Cannock for family party. Great building, with bar on top floor with views over surrounding areas...mostly roads which you would expect. Room clean, comfy beds, nice shower with body wash. Telly, hairdryer and iron. Tea/coffee making facilities, can ask for refills. Really good breakfast, hot tasty food, can ask for eggs how you want them. Very impressed, thanks.

A lovely unusual looking Holiday Inn especially lite up a night (see photo) really beautiful. The room was a standard double but furnished to a high standard, spacious, clean and well decorated.
The breakfast was outstanding, really well cooked and fresh with a good offering, a real credit to the hotel.
The staff are helpful, well presented and there always appeared to be plenty around if needed.
All in all a fresh and pleasant H.I. A credit to the chain. Well done North - Cannock 😁
Tip: If you enjoy Indian food there’s a really great Indian restaurant “Tamarind” 5 mins walk up the road.

First, the parking lot is horrible. It fills very quickly and some spots are reserved. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was much better than the Ibis I stayed in up country, they actually had a decent yogurt and fruit mix, in addition to the usual heart busting black pudding, rashers and sausages. Bathroom plumbing is decent, good hot water on demand. As noted in other reviews, bed is comfy. Laundry was late in coming. Fitness room is outside of the hotel and I got the impression I was the first to ever use it. Although staff is helpful, they are somewhat disorganized, especially in the restaurant, my impression is this management team is fairly new?

This hotel is REALLY let down by parking or the lack of it ...arrived late and was very lucky to get a space . The rooms are small and the whole place feels more like an express than a proper holiday inn
Only here for the night but my advice look for somewhere else in the area that actually has parking
