Was confident of the Ramada name but was disappointed beyond belief! Cockroaches, unsanitary bathroom with rusted paper holder that probably had feces as well. Exposed wiring in the bathroom. Friends in other rooms verified bed bugs. Old and filthy. My cheap hotel in China was better than this. The health department needs to shut them down. Staff was friendly and tried to help but you can't fix this in one day.

Wasn't really my choice to stay there to start with but business led me there. the room I got had just been worked on that day and the calk around the bath tub was still wet and was smeared all around the toilet. there was fresh sheet rock repair, unpainted, with white debris still on the floor. new fixtures had been put up with no touch painting around them. I could hear everything the neighbor was doing and could smell what he was doing as well. I had everything to make my own coffee with no coffee maker. I guess that is what you get for the government rate.

The hotel was ok. It was tidy and the rooms were acceptable. Could have vacuumed better and made sure the ironing board wasn't soiled from someone using it as a table to eat! Gross! Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was NOT good! The coffee was terrible, possibly leftover from day before and the pancake machine was not working right. You'll do better grabbing a quick bite for breakfast elsewhere or dropping over to the Denny's restaurant nearby. Overall, it jus ok. If you need a decent place to sleep and aren't too concerned with cleanliness or your breakfast, this hotel will do.

The very dated and worn out room was DIRTY. Beds were made but floor was not vacuumed and there were fast food wrappers and other garbage on the floor. Sticky spots on table. We were too tired to change rooms and when I requested it the following night no rooms were available. So I requested a thorough cleaning. So they just made the beds, replaced toiletries and vacuumed the open areas. The receptionist wasn't even apologetic, she acted like I was making unreasonable demands, nothing was suggested or offered as remedy.
Breakfast... there's only cardboard-flavored "pancakes", lousy coffee, etc. While we were eating in the morning the staff were mopping floor with lysol - very pungent smell that ruined the already mediocre breakfast. Just no consideration. And this appears to reflect the attitude towards everything.
Not a well maintained or managed property. The only reason anyone might stay here would be the low price.

Slightly rundown but clean and a good value. Microwave, fridge, flat screen t.v. hair dryer, iron and ironing board in room, free WiFi, indoor pool, and breakfast included.
