As I am on the road a lot, when in Brooks I always stay at the Ramada. As usual the service was excellent, but this time they went above and beyond. Check in was fast and courteous and when a small problem was discovered, it was fixed immediately. Also, while checking my points I discovered that none of my points from stays at other locations had been posted. I mentioned this to the lady at the front check in and she promptly called the other locations and corrected the oversight. It would be great if all hotels were this efficient. Thank you for a great stay and hope to see you again in the near future.

Waited at the front counter 10 min. for a staff. Finally called the hotel to let someone know I was there waiting to check in! I had a pet they put me on the second floor. No plug-ins by the bed for cell phone they were occupied by the light on the alarm clock. When I looked for an outlet to plug in my phone behind the nightstand it was dirty the trim was pulled away from the wall and had food back there. There was popcorn on the floor around the bed and it never got vacuumed up the whole time I was there. I saw one staff at the front desk twice and I was there for three days. She wasn’t friendly at all , There were clumps of mud in the elevator and hall ways. Not a good experience from A-to-Z . Wi-Fi service was awful , couldn’t connect most of the time . Tried to get on the website to do a review while I was there again difficult to connect .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada! We were there at a difficult time for a funeral and the staff at the Ramada were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic! Thank you very much!

2 issues. Thermostat in room doesn't work properly . Front desk said to put fan to auto but still blew cold when temperatures were set much higher. Hot tub has no jet power. Very weak

I stayed at the Ramada in Brooks for business in September. Nice pool area, clean and bright, water slide looked fun. King room was large and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was quality. Would stay again!
