I booked the hotel online. however, the frond desk give me booking to somebody else, so, I lost my bonus points. Also, the house keeping not good as before, no shampoo and towel replace.

Problems with internet on two consecutive visits means I likely will not return. All other facilities and people are good...appreciated the extended checkout to noon. But internet was slow and clunky at times...not up to modern standards. Thought this would be resolved by send visit a year later, but sadly not so

Stayed at the Ramada in Camrose, AB for three nights. Had a wonderful relaxing stay, that included a really good breakfast. All staff very helpful and welcoming.

Although the staff were friendly and professional, there were two things that affected our stay at the Camrose hotel. We had to turn the heat in the room up quite high as there was a draft coming from the outside entrance, and the next morning we woke up to NO hot water. I get that on boiler could go down, but to have both go out of service is poor management.

A very nice hotel, excellent food, really nice freindly people checking you in, however, I found it very expensive for a single night stay
