We have stayed at this property six times this year and we have been very pleased each time. The lobby is attractive and the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are great and they have the softest sheets I have ever slept on in a hotel. There is a complimentary breakfast and a business area with two computers. I am glad there is a hotel of this quality in Creston and we will always stay here when in town.

It was extremely clean, extremely friendly and very Cost efficient. Two of us are Celiacs and they had a good selection that we could have a quick easy Breakfast.
I have seen negative reviews about this place and most of it is from people’s personal gripes. This is a great place to say.

Spacious room, nice natural light and comfy chair.
Basic gym, but lots of windows and mirrors so nice and bright.
Nice lobby and breakfast area.
Poor on the environmental side as everything at the included breakfast was disposable. Not even ceramic mugs for coffee! Easy to improve and would make breakfast much nicer.
Room toiletries were also not the refillable kind.

Room was clean & quiet. Staff was pleasant & efficient to deal with. We were disappointed that there was no pool or Jacuzzi.

My spouse broke her ankle while we were travelling in BC. We bought her a wheel chair to facilitate the return trip to Alberta. I called the hotel a couple of times to make sure that I asked the right questions to get a room that would work. The person (KM) I dealt with was very helpful. She explained how the rooms were laid out and the parking arrangement.
The room was as-described and very comfortable. I went to the desk to see if I could get a trash bag so my spouse could have a shower without getting the plaster splint wet. We were able to get one right away.
Hotel is situated next to Ricky's All Day Grill and that made it easy for us to get something to eat upon arrival.
