I was told I looked young and stated I better not have anyone else in the room other then myself since I checked in and said it would only be me. Also if I had a party he would call the cops and charge my card a fee. I almost canceled my stay because of the service I was given. Don’t think I would stay again for my next meeting.

It was nice very clean and I was very pleased with the whole staff every time I come to work there I'm going to stay in the Ramada

I stayed here on a business trip to El Paseo and it would have been great if not for a couple flaws. The room was nice with very little ware and tare. The set up of the room was nice and had a kitchen with a stove, a big fridge, and microwave. I didn't use it, but is nice to have if you are staying for a few days. The bed was comfortable and actually had enough pillows for the bed. The room was relatively loud, but so was the ac so it covered up the noise well.
Now for what together almost ruined the stay. I like hotels with hot tubs and will go out of my way to stay at a place with one. The pool area and hot tub were good. It was not as hot as I would like but none the less it worked. It wasn't until several minutes in to it my skin started to burn! Seems like when they serviced the hot tub they put way to much chlorine in it.
I went back to the room to shower and get the rest off only to realize there was no hot water. The water never went above what would be considered warm. I tried again in the morning with no success.
The breakfast was also a disappointment. It looked like they would of had more but the person working the front desk only put out waffles and they that was it!.
The price was about $70 so take this for what it is. The room was good, but everything else detracted from it.

Rooms are big clean and spacious and the layout of the room was perfect I mean overall stay room and staff are on point it was awesome

Recently remodeled and they've done a great job. No complaints or concerns. Good referral to a local restaurant Ranchers Steakhouse which was A+. We'll definitely stay again if we're in the El Paso area. Had a great night's sleep and good breakfast!
