Stayed at the Ramada for one night while visiting DeMontfort Hall and we were not disappointed. A great hotel with a lovely lounge and a great bedroom with everything we needed. Everywhere was very clean but what made our stay fabulous was all the staff who were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and will definitely stay here again

Hotel is in great location but unfortunately the room and breakfast let it down. Bed had so many spring sticking out so uncomfortable, also very small double and then the noise outside room. Stopped about 1am in morning and started again at 4am. People emptying bins and doing god knows what. Breakfast was £10 and was not fresh had been sitting there for what I could only guess was more than hour cold and tasteless. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed here on business with two colleagues wanting a change from the Premiere Inn. Pluses; Good location, friendly staff and a comfortable bed but but the lack of parking and £10 extra for breakast took the overall cost well above what it delivers. Other gripes; heater broken in room and had to get moved, undercooked food at breakfast and still waiting for my receipt after a printer problem. Back to the Premiere for us...

I have stayed here around 5 times in the last 2 months on business. Check in is always swift and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern with a great walk-in shower. The room has its own controllable radiator which is very efficient. Breakfast is really good (self service) but evening meal can be a bit hit and miss, with good and bad service and poor quality pizzas but excellent steak and chips,

We have a son up here at uni, so have taken the opportunity to stay at a number of hotels in Leicester....& there’s generally only one request-apart from location & value for money-& that’s somewhere to leave the car.
It said on their website that there was parking at the Ramada...there was but it was down the road at the NCP....& that was after we’d navigated the joys of Leicester’s ring roads trying to find this unsignposted hotel. All very clean & tidy & basic-like you’d expect-but nothing that grabbed us-that stood out as a place that we’d like to return to-which we won’t.
