What People are saying

Reasonable price and Airport Pickup make this a good place for one night

Hotel is showing it's age, squeaky doors, hall carpet worn, but the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast is adequate (make yourself waffles) and breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and plenty of fresh coffee.

We flew in from Seattle and arrived early evening, so having free airport pickup was nice. We rented a car for the next day and they took us back to the rental building. Make sure you request a time for the airport return as they have limited shuttle space.

Staying there was a HUGE MISTAKE

This place is one of the worst hotels I have been to in a long while.

Their front desk staff were incredibly rude from the moment we walked in, to every single person who interacted with them, whether it was a question or a request, manners were nowhere to be found behind that desk.
However, the night shift of Sunday, November 5th was special. She had a certain level of rudeness that made every other rude person seem incredibly nice.

Even on the departure day, for some reason they thought it makes sense to schedule the shuttle to take some people to the airport and others downtown while prioritizing those going downtown (to be dropped off first). I guess they don't know much about flights.

I'm sure anyone who gave this place more than 0-1 star has never been to a real hotel for the exact same rate or even less. Save your money and book a Motel 6, you're more likely to have a better experience there.

Hotel was okay, front desk was not helpful ever!

Good rates at a good location, room was just okay but bed was uncomfortable. Front desk was rude from the day we arrived, not even wanting to check and see if we could check in early. The day we left we couldn’t take the shuttle to the airport because they over booked and we had to pay for an Uber with no apology.

Passably adequate

Choose because we were using reward points at end of 3 month trip. Good job as that made rate $95 per night compared to rack rate of around $220!
Room was OK. They don't come with microwave which is a pain but we did see someone using the breakfast microwave.
However, rooms open on to a outside fully enclosed corridor, and the only window in the room is to that corridor, nothing direct to outside, so that made the room quite dingy.
Breakfast was better than most, large range of choices in the usual categories - 4 cereals, several breads and bagels, porridge, scrambled eggs, 4 juices, fruit, ....
A big bonus is the free minibus shuttle to the nearest metro, 2 miles away, which runs every 30 minutes until 10.45 pm.
A pc in reception but the printer never worked but reception happy to take email document and print for us.

Our 3 nights stay and experience was one of the best!

We booked the hotel through Priceline and saved 37%. The property is old but properly maintained and clean. The hotel provides a shuttle to the JFK/UMAS subway station from there you can explore anywhere the MBTA can take you. The hotel shuttle will also pick you up and take you to Logan Airport. Just notify the front desk. The breakfast buffet is better than most budget hotels. Also eggs, but no meat such as bacon or sausage. No big deal!
