This hotel had roaches crawling and bugs flying around everywhere!!!!!! There was even a dead roach in the fridge. The comforter had stains and cigarette holes all over it. It had a horrible odor. If it was not so cold outside I would have slept in my car!!! When I told management they simply said they would call pest control, but did not offer a refund of any amount or an apology!!!!!! Stay at your own risk!!!!!

Hiren Shah the general manager and his team provided great service and wonderful attention to the needs of my stay. I had completed a project in DC and was seeking other work before committing to a rental apt. The house keeping was excellent. Matter of fact when I moved out I had a lot of items I had to move and two of the housekeepers saw my struggle and assisted in a huge way and helped move my items to my car.....What wonderful folks. The morning breakfast was always excellent and the gentleman who seem to be in charge of the area was very helpful. If you was looking for a certain item which for me was the syrup he pointed out to me another area in the room that provided the syrup. The only reason I left was because I found cheaper by the month accomadation at a B &B. I wish Ramada had cheaper rates for long term stay. In addition smokers need to be more attentive to the room non-smoking ..All rooms s/b non-smoking.

We selected this hotel since it was near our event and that Cockeysville is an excellent area; we traveled from Indiana, check in late evening-my wife an adult daughter; found mold mildew on tub walls and cockroaches all over after we we there a while; called desk to cancel our second night and booked elsewhere; I was embarrassed for others staying since I am proud to say we are from the area. If we are the first to comment I m shocked if we are this proprietor needs to be inspected ; no one should be staying there. I have been staying in hotels for 45 yrs and never had an experience like this even with OLD hotels. We kept our reservation for Microtel but questioning if Wyndham really insects there facilities. I know most are separately owned but Wyndam is still on the door. Do not understand how this can exist.

Room has roaches, need I say more? Crawling out of bathroom fixtures and crawling on nightstands.

This location is neat the center of town. Lots of traffic noise on York Rd. If you stay at this location, consider a room further away from the road. I found this a perfectly satisfactory location for me. Plenty of places to shop and dine. Most everything within walking distance. Hotel is clean. Older property but nothing broken or in poor condition. Plenty of parking. Good experience.
