Staff is friendly, helpful and rooms are always clean. Use this hotel for sports weekends with our kids and grandkids. Easy access to local schools where games are played!

We stayed here because we expected a certain level of stay from a Ramada. It was worse than any “no name hotel”. Bathroom was just gross!! No grout, mold behind the sink, cracked sink & water damage to the walls. The bed seemed dirty and the fitness center wasn’t well taken care of. The bed was so firm it hurt our backs to sleep in it. We complained to corporate and was told the manager would contact us. A week later and still no contact.

Average, on noisy street, cont. breakfast very simple. FYI.... be sure you pay close attention when booking about the size of beds and how many in each room. They do not budge on this. I know they were not full and could have adjusted this. Also, if you pay on line they DO NOT give you a receipt there. It was like pulling teeth to get some type of receipt showing how much $ was charged on my acct. The one guy at the desk was very rude and finally we got a very nice guy to make us a written out paid in full receipt. I would not recommend this hotel!!!

This is a decent hotel in a good location for food and basic needs. It's only a few minutes from the freeway for easy access up and down the Monterey coast. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, though you could see the fraying around the edges. Housekeeping was excellent for cleanliness, a bit careless with restocking coffee and finishing the bed-making. It is tragic that the hotel television service doesn't include FS1 for viewing the MLB playoffs, but the free Wifi was fast and easy to access. The breakfast is very standard light Continental-style fare. Staff is sometimes hard to locate, as there seems to be only one person on management at a time.

The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was good. A little dated but the beds were comfortable and the room was huge. The only downfall was we could hear the people above us and the TV through the wall from the people next to us.
