Had confirmed reservation. Went to check in. Computer down. Advised they have no Wi-Fi. No HOT WATER. Also apparently no guests. Place abandoned. Parking lot empty. Avoid this non working dump. Part of Wyndham chain but a disaster .

Never ever again problems too numerous to list but I will try. No cable. No wifi. No hot water. Room door would not lock. Got locked out of lobby at checkout time. Just total garbage!!!!

No hot water, no internet, tv & phone in room didn't not work, the staff were very rude, and offended they had to be bothered.. and 150.00 of diesel was siphoned out of my tank, that I have to pay back to my boss, but cameras are every 5 ft, but no one can be bothered to review the footage.. total joke.. and I'd be happy with my money refunded ..not a positive word will will come out of my mouth until then

The staff here is great. Super friendly. Yeah they're having hot water issues, but you'll at least be greeted with a warm smile at the front desk.
The beds are super comfortable. The pool is almost fixed. Wi-Fi should be back on line shortly. Indoor gardens are beautiful.

I went to Reservation Counter thinking I was going thru the hotel reservation desk.That was mistake number 1. We booked 2 nights at 63.50 a night and the total was over 170.00 . OK taxes were high and then a 7.99 service charge was added. I think then I was not feeling very sure of this. Upon arriving we noticed lobby doors propped open and the General Mgr. had no record of our arrival. He stated he would have called us to inform us of no hot water ,no breakfast buffet and Many other problems with the property. He was gracious and when we called the reservation counter he explained the condition of property upon request to void the pending charge on the credit card. We are waiting for charges to be dropped since we found lodging elsewhere.
