Location was great....hotel room was clean and had a fantastic view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was for my daughters wedding I was not impressed with the service provided at the front reception They confused our reservations, I had to call 4 times to ensure the reservations where correct.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport. This hotel is not up to par with other Ramada motels. Inwas in the building closest to the road. Very noisy. Rooms are small. Outside is less than appealing. Restaurant is minimal and breakfast procedure is complicated.

This is beautiful place to stay. A very short stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or facilities . Took a walk around by the river and enjoyed the awesome surroundings.

We travelled to Ottawa in October for a wedding and the couple had reserved a block of rooms at the Ramada on the Rideau. The rooms were clean, the service was good and had our stay been during the warmer months we would have taken full advantage of the grounds. My only complaint would be that the beds were extremely small. We had a room with two doubles but they were the smallest doubles I have ever slept in. Comfy, but small.
