Pros
Friendly helpful reception staff
Beautifully maintained native garden and lawn areas
Quiet peaceful private bungalows
2 seperate pools one each end of complex( the pools were clean and well maintained)
The studio apartment was clean and had just enough room for my husband and I
The bed was very comfortable.
Cons
The terrible smell of bleach which lingered through out our 4 day stay( this is present in all Wyndham accomadation perhaps they should be using something enviromentally friendly for cleaning .
The full rubbish bin which greeted us on arrival ( reported to management)
The lack of a mattress protector(infectious control)
Nothing except the floor of shower for toiletries.
Studio apartments only have a tiny spa suitable for one small person.
No exhaust fan so cooking smells linger
No armchairs or couch in the studio apartment only hard wooden dining chairs(addressed to management and they kindly gave us the 2 chairs from reception which was extremely appreciated thankyou so much.
To conclude a great place for families with plenty to keep children occupied.
Restaurant and pizzeria which served tasty food ( generous serves)at a realistic price . We enjoyed happy hour and the bar area was clean and there was lots of indoor and out door seating.
Probably won't be back and if we were would stay in another type of cabin.despite getting this accomadation cheaply via a deal from Scoopon.

Each self contained cabin is surrounded by Australian native gardens that are alive with the local bird life.
Parking is right out front of your respective cabins exterior deck and most are well shaded.
The ‘resort’ is situated just down the road from Cowes Bay itself, a great little town with plenty of cafes and restaurants.
Washing machine, aircon/heater and ceiling fan in the family common room and most importantly GREAT WATER PRESSURE in the showers!
There is a central bar/Cafe, swimming pool, indoor spa and games area and we received a complimentary drinks voucher upon arrival.
It is so tranquil and a real pleasure to see so many native birds and at night the friendly possums. A real pity there are also introduced pest birds (Indian Mynah Birds), perhaps the resort will implement a pest control program to keep these flying cane toads from ruining the natural setting of the resort.
Overall great value for money and a very restful stay was had by all our family.

Good for a one night stay. The cabins were adequate but lacked some essentials like no shelves in the showers. The way they are set out makes them quiet and private from neighbours. A little bit out of town but great for families with big swimming pool and lots of outdoor areas.

The name of this accommodation is a little misleading. While it has pools, games room, cafe etc the lay-out ius more lijke a caravan park. Lots of natural bush, with limited space to park your car thats not under a gum tree, we found our relatively new car with tree sap and bird droppings all over it in the morning. Cabin was neat and clean but a bit shabby on the exterior. Thought it was a bit over-priced for what was provided. Would prefer to pay a lower tariff and forego the pool, games room etc. More suited to families with kids than couples.

Have stay here a number of times and is my preferred place to stay in Cowes it always is clean and comfortable close to Cowes shopping centre, Penguin Parade, Rhyll and The Nobbies I always recommend this resort to Family and Friends
