This is the best hotel in that area, the rooms are very good, and the staff is also good, specially Mr. IQBAL, his behaviour is very friendly and helpful, and whenever i come to mumbai, i will stay there for sure

The front office desk in particular Ms Aarti Patel is very very arrogant and rude. Not helpful at all. Never does anything to please or make a customer stay comfortable. No customer care attitude. I needed to make a call to Delhi and she did not even know the dialling code for Delhi. Its was raining heavily . there were no umbrella at the hotel front desk. The hotel overall is good. What you pay for is what you get. The housekeeping and room service was good.

I checked in on 21-3-17 . I got my booking through ibibo and by mistake i had booked single occupancy instead of double.
There was Miss Aarti at reception who refused to give me room .I told her that i will get it changed through ibibo but she refused to give me room even for single occupancy for which i had booked.
It was after a heated conversation i was given the room which i had booked, even for single occupancy.

I had to stay for 2-3 hours from 0000 hours till 3 am. The front office staff was present and active and was checked in with ease- the room was small and smelly as if it was not in use but air conditioning was working perfect and room spray was quiet useful and delivered fast. It has 24 hours room service and chinese dishes served were awesome. The washroom was having bathtub considering the size of the room and washroom it was a surprise. The room rent was charged for the full day and was with all taxes Rs 5k, a bit high. Location is very convenient and easily accessible with auto and taxi and almost 24 hour availability of the conveyance makes it more convenience for business travellers.

Mid Range hotel on S V Road Khar. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller.The rooms are clean though.It takes ages for the hot water to flow out of the taps!!
Breakfast is served in the room and you need to inform them in advance, but they did serve it right on time.The food is strictly average and grossly overpriced.
The location is very convenient for shopping and there are plenty of excellent eateries just round the corner.Would not recommend for family stay.
