I stayed in Ramee Guestline resort on hosur road for a couple nights during the Bangalore flood.
Check-in was smooth and staff looked helpful. We got a room facing the pool and were happy with that, however there appeared to be some urine smell in the bathroom. We asked for a change of room but were told we would have to forego the pool view, so didn't really take up the offer and got the housekeeping to spray the room with room freshener, which appeared to work just fine. The property was slightly old and some of the fittings didnt work.The bed was comfortable but the bed spread appeared a bit stained. This is a very small resort, with only a pool, lawn and a game room with gym nearby. We did play a couple of games and no issues there. Food was slightly overpriced, but when you consider the lack of options nearby, it made sense to order in. They did have a buffet, which we found not worth the price. Service slowed down on the 2nd day and we had to call and ask a couple times for the room spray as the smell was back! Then the shower gave out, and water was coming at a trickle. We called housekeeping and two guys came after 20 minutes, they cleaned the shower and it appeared to work fine thereafter. I just don't think it is prudent to do all this maintenance when your customer is in the room and looking to relax. On the 2nd day, our door card reader failed to work, tried to call reception from the phone on the floor and no one answered. So we caught one of the housekeeping guys who managed to get someone the phone. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and replace the batteries in the scanning machine, after which we were able to enter the room. Another thing was they told us that we could not use the swimming pool without proper swimwear, which was a letdown, but the same evening we saw a big family enter the pool in normal clothes, so not sure why the restrictions were only for us. The saving grace was the buffet breakfast, where the items were many and staff were wonderful, always ready to get items off the buffet to our tables, which i politely declined. All in all it was an average stay. I dont expect the hotel to repair stuff that is broken on my time and money. They should have checked everything before allotting us the room, which was definitely not done. The reception would do better to answer calls too.

I have stayed at this resort with my wife and 1 year kid. The location was very easy to find unlike other resort in banglore, right at the main road. There were lots of wow factor like room was very clean and well maitained. The water in the pool was very clean and big. They have huge ground also where you can play cricket, vollyball or football. I also would like mention about food which was very delicious. Overall the resort is a perfect place to enjoy your weekend. I would like to thanks Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Gagan from service team for serving us properly.

We visited Ramee for our honeymoon. it was excellent location and stay. they maintain cleanliness and good hospitality services.The employees are so kind and helpful. It was surprised, that they have arranged my birthday party during my stay which is unforgettable. The Swimming pool is very nicely maintained.
I am so impressed in timely room services at affordable price. Planning to visit one more time if get chance.

Arranged for a family get to gather at Ramee Guest line, it was a wonderful experience and good location and easily approachable for all and the vast green lawns,swimming pool, variety of activities for kids and adults . Good hospitality by staff.

Good location to stay for Business Trips to Bangalore Industrial Community. Great facilities for meetings / conferences / get-togethers. Good hospitality with professional staff.
Also caters to family needs, as there are nice diversions for accompanying family with kids. Good choice of food too ...
