I was hesitant on the Vino Inn & suites, my travel plans had so many strange delays and changes that I thought I would never get to sleep at all.
Every time I called a real person answered not a machine, and she was kind and understanding about real life circumstances.
Now, I don't agree with their policy on billing before you even check in, but I imagine they have had some kind of incident happen to have this policy in action.
the breakfast was nice, lots of different fruits, pastries and cereal, coffee, juices and of course bagels... bring us in with the bagels.
The rooms were quiet, no noisy tenants to keep you up at night and the pool was sparkling clean, but I was too busy to use it
Vino Inn is a great location, near any kind of place to eat and pharmacy and shopping.
I will stay here again for writing conference next year

I made reservations on a Wednesday for that Friday night. Unfortunately circumstances forced me to need to cancel my room. My wife made the call and was immediately met with "It's not before 48 hours of your stay you can't cancel. You can't get your money back" We were prepared to eat the cost but the lady (if you could call her that) on the phone was repeating that over and over again and continued to become more and more coarse on the phone. My wife explained our circumstances to her and then was called a liar by this staff member and was told the owner would be contacted about our dilemma and they would get back to her. All day no call back so I decided I would call. As soon as she realized who I was she started in with the same speech about the cancellation period and condescending tone. I immediately asked to speak with the owner and she became even more combative. I will continue to try and contact the owner to let him know the kind of rude disrespectful employee he has hired to handle his customer service. And I won't ever be staying here.

We needed a hotel room and everything for many miles was booked. We got this place. It was gross. The carpets were dirty and there was someone else's popcorn on the floor by the bed. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. The curtain liner in the room had black mold. There was a vomit stain by the fridge. There were old couches and construction stuff piled by the stairwell. The breakfast was very sparse and the bagels seemed stale, and the bananas had gone off. We needed a place to rest but this place needs a major overhaul just for cleanliness. The female day clerk was great and friendly.

Clean and friendly service. Pool area good. Good breakfast with seat down. Fair price. Great location next to restaurants, like Sushi, Dennys, Mexican restaurant, Bar. Ample parking onsite and on street.

If you are looking for luxury then forget this place and move on. However, if you looking for a bed for the night that's basic yet clean then this is the place for you. It's a little scruffy and worn around the edges but for 75 USD for the night it's quiet, has ample parking and conveniently located next to a Thai restruant, a mexican grill and a good old fashioned American diner. All in all. It's not bad.
