Staff was very courteous and friendly.
Mr. Deepak Sharma helped us celebrate our first anniversary dinner. He decorated the hut with candles and rose petals.
Things here are little overpriced. Ambience and landscaping is very soothing and relaxing.

Excellent place to stay. Far from the crowd. Yet close to dilwara temples. Hospitality at its best. Food too good. Excellent chef. WiFi available only in the hotel's reception. So forced to spend time with family. A real plus point. It was a real holiday

We went to Mt Abu after our visit to Udaipur where we stayed at the Taj Lake Palace. So needless to say this was not exactly a luxury property. However, from the photographs and reviews on Trip Advisor we expected a four star property. We would rate it more a 2 1/2 star property. On the plus side, bathrooms are fairly clean. Rooms are adequate not luxurious. The food was a set menu for both dinner and breakfast. Most of the dishes were good. There was no internet access. Situated well outside the city limits and located at the entrance to a forested area which might appeal to those wanting a quiet getaway.

The hotel offers the best value-for-money option in Mount Abu. Despite the lower cost, you can't notice any differences between the services of Fern and any other luxury hotel.
The location is picturesque, and they provide every facility/leisure activity you can think of. Needless to say, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is polite but uniquely, they provide a personal touch in the way they interact.

We were there in last week of oct, with my complete family( 7 adults & 2 kids). Everyone in my family was fully satisfied with the food & hospitality. They have limited menu, but food is awesome.The property is also very good & relaxing.
The surprise decoration done by Mr. Abhishek for my Son’s Birthday was awesome, especially the towel art(pics attached). All the staff are very courteous & willing to go extra mile to meet ur expectations.
Kid’s also enjoyed the Kids play area.
In short, will recommend everyone to stay at this property, for memorable & sweet memories.
