Because we had relatives who had stayed here in the past who recommended this to us, we booked 2 nights here. What a mistake - we had a fairly hard time finding it since our GPS took us to a fairly seedy part of Naples about 15 km away. We finally found the hotel but it was in an area that really had nothing else around it. The staff spoke very little English and when we had trouble with our rental car were fairly unhelpful. We also had the impression that they were talking fairly badly about us in Italian while we were in the lobby. The room was clean enough but definitely no frills and at least the air conditioning worked well. Only 3 of our party went to the restaurant on site since there was nothing else close by and the food was terrible. Would recommend going to a more central area of Naples near the bay or better yet, go further south to Positano or Sorrento.
