Little noisy overnight from the streets but a great location when wanting to explore the Old Town of Quito! The room itself was clean and I can't complain about anything. The view up at breakfast is pretty amazing! Definitely a good place to stay if you want to explore Old Quito by foot.

Location was very good. The staff was very nice, helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was great with good view. Since it is in the old town, the noise level is a little high, but white noise app on phone was very helpful. Special note on the 5 pillows with different level of firmness. I think more hotels should have the same idea of pillows. If we ever go back to Quito, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Great location but if you are near the street side of the hotel it is very noisy and there are no lifts! Hot water is a challenge for the hotel. On the plus side the staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good and WiFi available throughout.. Rooms were big and clean with great beds!

This hotel is basic but is comfortable for what you need. Very close to La Rhonda a walking street of bars and restaurants. $3 taki ride to the Marisical market and new town. Great location in the old city easy walk to the main square. Rooms are large and comfortable although a bit cold with no heating. Staff are friendly as helpful. Breakfast could be improved with very limited choice.

I could not have asked for a more organized and friendly group of staff! The hotel itself is nice, in a restored historic building with a vintage feel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is filling and good. Beautiful view from the top floor restaurant! This is a great, mid-range option in the historic centre of Quito. Thanks for everything Real Audiencia!
