This hotel chain took a 30% deposit of €99.14 from my bank account on a FREE CANCELLATION basis.
This canx was made 25th August 2017. Today is Sept 7th.
This hotel now claims it
1. No longer has a POS card machine
And
2. Because the VISA payment was made in May 2017 that it's too late to pay back to this card.
My card expiration date is June 2021.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT PAY THEM ANY DEPOSITS.
The booking is well within its cancellation period. We were due to stay in November 2017.

We asked Bookingcom. for a good room to rest for 5 days in Valencia.This kind of appartament was the best- money/conditions.We tought that it is a hotel-because it had reception till 4o'clock,but it was a one room appartament from52 m/2,at the 5th flor-norma-it had elevator.We came late,but we could recive the che of the appartment because we were told the pinfrom the seif in the hal of that building.i must say that they had severel appartaments in different places in Valencia,on the ideea of selfcatering.The buildin was on a central place in the town,looking to 3streets at the same time.It had a very-yess,very good kitchen,with everything you need,but ,normal,you had to buy the"material" to cooke.It was near to the tram,near to supermarket(NOT TO BIG)which had everything you need,near to the busstation,in which the bus camed at the SECOND!-they have elektronical watches.the room was wery clean and they demandit you may clean it a little ,when you go away.I was very pleased with these form of liveing for five days,and can everybody recomand this place.Ola!

Clean, comfortable apartments located about 10 minutes walk from the historic centre with it's grand plazas, cathedrals and markets.
The apartment we hired had two double beds, two bathrooms and a combined lounge/kitchen. The kitchen includes Kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and cooking hob. We didn't cook whilst there (eating out choices are plentiful and very reasonably priced) so I can't confirm what was or wasn't included. All linen and bedding is provided along with towels for the bathrooms. Towels were refreshed after 3 days.
Air conditioning is provided and different temperatures can be set for the lounge and two bedrooms independently.
The block was generally very quiet with no late night noise.
A communal swimming pool is available at certain times of the day. 1100-1400 and 1700-2100 if I remember correctly. It's a reasonable size and was quite warm.
Wifi is provided but is very slow. We discussed this with owner who was aware of the problem which seems to be related to the street cabling not the equipment in the building.
A lift serves all floors in the block.
There is a maid cleaning service but only for changeovers, you are expected to assist by leaving the apartment in a tidy state before checking out, the owner calls to collect keys.
The owner was very helpful and speaks excellent English if your Spanish isn't up to scratch!
Tram 14 is a short walk from the apartment and takes you directly to the beach front. It's a reasonable distance and probably about 20-25 minutes journey on the tram. Trams are frequent and easy to use.
Turia River Bed gardens run right past the block, access to the gardens is just at the end of the street, a few minutes walk away.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to spend time in this beautiful city.

Great place to stay if you want the flexibility to cook for yourself and the privacy of an apartment. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything you need, there is a supermarket nearby and a little green grocers over the road. The bed is not all that comfortable and very noisy which would be my only complaint.
The small swimming pool was empty when we were so we spent a lot of time relaxing here. There are a few cafés and restaurants nearby, tram stop outside and it is only a 10-15 minute walk through the park to the city.
We love Valencia the food is amazing, it is relaxed and the beach is a bonus. I would come back and stay here for a relaxing getaway.

The apartments were clean and spacious. There was enough room for a family of 4. Unfortunately the bed and settee wasn't very comfortable. The area is a busy student area, but we were quite confident to walk around. There is a tram station right outside, however we had our car so used the parking for the apartments. Outside there is a small outdoor pool. It was perfect size for my little ones and they enjoyed the use of it. It wasn't heated so half an hour was plenty before teeth started to chatter. I would stay here again.
