We stayed here on the last night of our 4, 12 hour days moving our son to the area. Needless to say, we were tired. The manager, Ken, was so welcoming and anxious that my son realized he was moving to a wonderful area. Ken was like a one man Chamber of Commerce.

We were slightly apprehensive about this place given we got the rooms cheap and had seen a few undesirable reviews however upon arrival we received a spacious, clean, modern rooms with new facilities, the building is also convenient if you are traveling toward places like NYC or Niagara as it is very close to major highways (less than 1 min drive).

Got to the place around 10:30 at night due to flooding apartment. They got us in fast. Nice room and quiet place. Next night we ended up there again and got the same great service. Got us in fast again.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Cleveland East-Willoughby October 20-23, while in town for a family wedding.
We were pleased with the Inn's standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Care has been taken with upgrading bedding and room decor, and our standard king room included a flat-screen TV.
As smokers, we are not thrilled with the industry trend toward "100% smoke-free" properties, and Red Roof Inn is one of them. (Of course, we complied with the policy.)
Free lobby coffee is available, but only powdered creamer is offered. Fortunately, there is a Burger King in walking distance, where we could purchase coffee with half-and-half. (I will stay in a budget motel, but I can't tolerate powdered coffee creamer!)
Beds were comfortable enough, and surroundings were quiet.
Overall, I am happy to recommend this facility for clean, quiet accommodations.

Stayed here in one of the Premium rooms and was very pleased with the accommodations. Roomy, clean, many amenities. Snack box in the min-fridge was thoughtful and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
