7 stay in 8 weeks all have been great. Staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and quit. The air and head are very quit along with the bathroom vent. All for a great price.
We will be going back again 2 more times over the the next several weeks.
Great staff and lots of restaurants near by.
New Look of the Deluxe King Room

Wow, How nice it was to walk in the room and see the touch of class they added to the Deluxe King Suite- Extra towels, water, and more! The room even felt more spacious. Always clean. The staff is the best. It is nice to see the same customer service reps when I check in. Cindy is the best and always remembers me with a cold bottle of water. I enjoy my stay each time.
NOT 100% smoke free

I was visiting family in Cleveland, this past weekend and choose the Red Roof Inn for value and for the 100% smoke free claim that they make. Sadly, this claim proved to be highly misleading. We arrived at 5 PM on Saturday and checked into our rooms. As soon as I opened the door I began coughing uncontrollably due to the strong cigarette odour in the room. I don't know how the hotel can claim to be 100% smoke free and still offer up rooms that clearly have been smoked in, often and recently. Shortly after, we went to the front desk to ask for a different and were assigned one. Walking into that room was nearly as bad. It also reaked of cigarette smoke. I gave up at that point, the 100% smoke free claim is obviously misleading advertising. So, we just turned up the fan the whole time we were there and tried to keep out of the room for as long as we can.
Aside from that, the bed was comfortable enough and other than the air quality in the room, the room itself was clean.
I don't think I'd ever stay at a Red Roof Inn, ever again.
I was amazed at the quality of the room and the ease of check in/out

I've stayed at a Red Roof Inn before and it was NOT great. It was a bare bones no frills place to lay my head for a night. SO that's why I was so surprised at how nice this hotel was! I didn't ask for but was assigned a handicapped accessible room. Obviously, first floor - nice wood floors with a couple areas rugs, roomy bed area and bathroom, king bed and it seemed recently renovated.
While there was no conditioner (only shampoo), lotion or coffee in room, there was a fridge, microwave and great TV. There was no free breakfast but I did get a bottle of water at check in.
For what I paid and only one night, it was PERFECT!
Everything we expected - Well worth the money.

I have stayed at a number of Red Roof Inns before, and decided to book this one when staying in the area. We actually picked this location due to its proximity to Melt Bar and Grilled!
Location wise, the hotel is about 10-11 miles from the centre of Cleveland, but it has a lot of food options in the area (Dennys, Melt, Red Robin were ones that I remember being really close). There were also a number of other hotels around this one (a Doubletree, a Comfort Inn and a La Quinta were all on the same road) which shows that this is a popular location.
My husband checked us in which was done really quickly, and we were allocated a room on the ground floor. When we accessed the room, turned out to be a disabled access room (which was no trouble) – it just seemed to mean that there was more space to get through the room, and more handles in the bathroom. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night, and although it was clearly busy there were no issues getting a parking space, nor any problems with noise.
The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, and wooden floors. It had a microwave and a fridge in there which was good for keeping drinks cool.
All in all, it was a good stay. It was nothing fancy, but provided us with a stay that met our expectations.
